This will be a full fledged article at some point but for now I think I need to rant, plus I need to fill out something in this diary. From being surrounded by some very definite women currently, all plenty glad to insist on how things should be done I am quickly reassessing my view on women in general. Oh yes, I realize I could be flamed for this but still it holds true. I have always preferred female company to male, previously at any rate. But now I find myself having to fight irrational emotional responses on the… ugly nature of the female (that’s the emotional view.)
I am sick of women using men as an excuse for everything wrong that happens to them. I am sick of hearing of girl power as a reason why I should be suppressed, merely for being a guy. If you want to be treated the same fine, but don’t think you are wining favour by acting an ass. Women have a period once a month, for this I have always been supportive. Men have inferior immune systems for this anything we get is man-flu. We die early, we suffer blood problems, we suffer heart trouble, back problems and because the female chromosomes are more stable we are prone to developmental problems. Women multi-task, women have interpretive brains, social and superior analytical faculties. Women are more pain resistant. They get to carry children, they hold 95% of the rights to children that a father does not have. We get it. The list is being added to all the time.
Can I speak for myself? I get it! Stop fucking telling me why all these advantages are actually bad as well and our fault. I heard this the other day, that women living longer is a curse because they have to do it alone. In other words men do wrong for merely being inferior. Is there no end to our faults. I for one am sick of hearing of it all the time. I am an egalitarian; race, creed, sexuality and gender. I hate being oppressed and put in my place for something that is out of my control, a stereotype and pathetic as well. If an individual can multi-task better than me let that be the end of it. But rather if I can multi-task better than a woman let that also be the end to it rather than that fact being treated as a mistake somehow because everyone knows women are better at multi-tasking.
This is one man that is quickly souring in his view and opinion on women. If you want to be taken seriously and find yourselves equal you will need to do what all true men have had to. Suck it up, grin and bear it. Stop always blaming others for life. The world’s not fair, get over it. Don’t look for fall-guys to bully and take out your personal gripes on.
